Terms and Conditions
Delivery
We aim to deliver any order placed before 2pm by the next working day. Larger, bulk orders should be received within 3-5 days. We will notify any customer promptly if any item should be delayed. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing the order so that we can advise you of delivery cost.
Order Payment
We can accept payment from a range of debit and credit cards. All transactions are made using a secure server and processed via the Worldpay online payment system.
Customer Registration
You can register your details with us. This will enable you to login for future purchases without requiring to re-enter your details. You will also benefit from special offers and discounts only provided to registered customers. You can register on the Customer Login page without making a purchase or after you have made your first purchase. Simply click on the link on your order confirmation email, click the Register button at the bottom of the page and you will be directed to the registration page.
Refunds
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Spaark purchase then you can return it to us for a full refund. To receive a refund please return the complete product in its original packaging together with the purchase receipt and your address details to:
